Right Message, Right Time: Scaling Your Communication With Broadcast Text Messaging

As nonprofit events balance staff efficiency with raising more money, broadcast text messaging can help cut through the clutter of crowded channels and quickly reach participants at scale. In this webinar, you’ll see how broadcast texts can ensure recruitment and coaching messages are seen while minimizing staff effort.

The National Kidney Foundation’s Ann Marie Liadis and Tatango’s Mike Snusz share a case study on how broadcast text messaging has benefited the National Kidney Foundation. In this webinar, you’ll see how NKF has leveraged broadcast text message participant journeys – like a welcome series and coaching/countdown series to reach the right participants with the right message at the right time. You’ll also learn about the power of multimedia texts like images, GIFs, and video to recruit and coach participants.
