Vice President of Peer-to-Peer Fundraising, Shatterproof
Shannon Greene (she/her) serves as the Vice President of Peer-to-Peer Fundraising at Shatterproof where she leads the strategic development and expansion of peer-to-peer programs including Shatterproof Walk, Endurance Events, and DIY Programs.
Shannon has dedicated her career to serving nonprofits committed to affecting change and improving lives. Her work has focused on developing fundraising campaign strategies, corporate development, donor experience, and leading highly effective staff and volunteer teams to drive revenue growth. For more than 17 years, Shannon served in development leadership positions at the National MS Society where she contributed to revenue growth in support of ending multiple sclerosis. Most recently, she served as the Associate Vice President of Walk MS, a Top 30 P2P program.
In her work and life, Shannon is motivated by envisioning a brighter future, connecting the dots with data and bringing those visions to life. She thrives on engaging, energizing and empowering individuals to deliver tangible results all while highlighting and leveraging their unique strengths. In her down time, she is most likely to be found hiking in NC with her dog and wife, taking in some form of live music, or doing landscaping at her home in Durham, NC.
