All conference activities will take place at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park (190 Marietta St NW, Atlanta, GA 30303). The Peer-to-Peer Professional Forum has reserved a block of rooms at a conference rate of $269. The conference rate expires on February 18, 2025.

The Opening General Session starts at 2:30 pm ET on Wednesday, March 12. To allow time to navigate the ATL airport, check in to your hotel room and stop by registration, we recommend booking flights to arrive by 12 pm ET.
For first-time attendees, we will also be hosting a Meet & Greet session at 1 pm ET so you’ll want to arrive even earlier.
The final conference session ends at 11:45 am ET on Friday, March 14. To allow ample time for travel to the airport and navigating security lines, we recommend booking flights departing after 2 pm ET.

Registrations may be transferred to a colleague at any time up to March 10, 2025. Please email askus@peertopeerforum.com to request the substitution form.
Cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds or credits will be determined by when cancellations are received.
Before January 15, 2025: Eligible for 100% refund
January 15 – February 28, 2025: Eligible for a refund less a $150 administrative fee
March 1 – 10, 2025: Eligible for 100% credit good for one year that can be applied to membership or toward the 2025 conference
After March 10, 2025: Not eligible for a refund
If Cause Marketing Forum, Inc. converts the 2025 event from a physical to a virtual conference, then CMFI will refund registrants 66% of the registration fee paid for the physical conference.
