Saying “thank you” is one of the most important parts of a successful peer-to-peer program.
The best campaigns understand how to acknowledge their supporters, many of whom make tremendous sacrifices in order to raise money and awareness for our organizations.
Covenant House is no exception — and this year it did more than just send a note of thanks. It created the above video to thank the hundreds of people who raised more than $475,000 by sleeping outside for a night in March to help homeless youth in their communities.
Thanks to Pamela Sandonato, associate vice president of peer-to-peer fundraising at Covenant House, for sharing this example.
Does your organization have a peer-to-peer fundraising video? Has one of your supporters taken the time to create his or her own video? If so, we’d love to share it with the rest of the peer-to-peer fundraising community.
Share a link to your video in the comments section below, or send it to us at peter@peertopeerforum.com.
And be sure to check out more peer-to-peer fundraising videos.
