Original Broadcast: September 2021
By definition, “delta” means change, and with the emergence of the COVID-19 delta variant, many in-person peer-to-peer events are having to make a quick pivot for the fall 2021 event season. In addition to rethinking the participant experience and budget forecasts, organizations must also support both their employees and volunteers through yet another change.
In this September 21 webinar, we’ll hear from Marisa Hull, Vice President of Bike MS at the National MS Society, and Kevin McMahon, Director of Peer-to-Peer Fundraising at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, on how they are navigating these changes, both internally and externally, for their fall 2021 event season and beyond.
You will learn:
-
-
- A framework for making decisions in an ever-changing landscape
- Tactics for maintaining motivation for staff and volunteers
- Ideas for adapting your event experience for the current environment
