Paul-Irwin Dudek joined Autism Speaks in April of 2011 as the National Walk Director for their signature event; Walk Now for Autism Speaks. Since that time, his role has expanded to include overseeing the organizations endurance program (Team Up! with Autism Speaks), college initiative (Autism Speaks U), and the non-profits e-commerce platform.
Paul’s key role is to drive revenue growth through the development, enhancement and dissemination of tools, processes, and systems for the organizations Walk program. His role is to identify and execute best practices for the organizations field staff and volunteer leadership. Currently, there are 95 Walk Now for Autism Speaks events in the United States and Canada.
Paul brings to Autism Speaks over thirteen years’ experience in development, volunteer and community services. Prior to joining Autism Speaks, his roles included: Operations Manager for AT&T CARES / AT&T Pioneers, Senior Director of Volunteer Services for United Way, and Senior Director of Income Development & Special Events for the American Cancer Society. In his most recent position at ACS in NY/NJ, he was responsible for expanding the division-wide efforts to mobilize volunteers and communities through their walk program, Relay For Life.
