Katie Norton is the Senior Director of External Relations at the Ulman Foundation. In this “small shop” role, she leads the organization’s marketing, communications, and development efforts to advance Ulman’s mission of creating a community of support for young adults, and their loved ones, impacted by cancer. Prior to joining Ulman in 2017, Katie spent a decade fundraising for academic medical research and patient care at Johns Hopkins Medicine and the University of Maryland Medical System. Her development career began at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, where her love for orchestral music led her to develop a great appreciation for philanthropy.
Tim Sarrantonio, Director of Strategic Partnerships, Neon One
Tim Sarrantonio is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Neon One and has more than 10 years of experience working for and volunteering with nonprofits. Tim has raised over $3 million for various causes, engaged and enhanced databases of all sizes, procured multiple successful grants, and formulated engaging communications and fundraising campaigns for several nonprofits. He has presented at international conferences and is a TEDx speaker on technology and philanthropy. He volunteers heavily in his home in Niskayuna, NY.
