Roswell Park Alliance Foundation tested an innovative new model using Facebook Ads, Groups and Facebook fundraisers to run a new style of virtual event entirely on Facebook. It resulted in acquisition of new supporters at a much lower cost per acquisition and higher fundraising metrics leading to an overall jump in return on investment.
What was originally a short-term fix, working around existing physical events, has turned into a long-term opportunity.
